HOW LONG WILL THE REPAIRS ON MY VEHICLE TAKE?

Most repairs are completed within 1-2 days.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY VEHICLE IS DONE?

We’ll call you as soon as the work is completed.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Cash, check and credit cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
WHEN SHOULD I GET MY OIL CHANGED?
Most cars today have a maintenance light that tells you when to change your oil, but the standard is three months or 3,000 miles or six months/6,000 miles for synthetic oil.
WHAT TYPE OF OIL AND OIL FILTER DO I NEED?
We recommend using what the manufacturer specifies in the owner’s manual.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T CHANGE MY OIL?
Your car’s internal parts will not lube, causing your engine to lock up.
WHEN SHOULD I CHANGE MY SPARK PLUGS?
For most cars, the spark plugs should be changed at 100,000 miles.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I GET MY TIRES ROTATED AND WHY?
Every 5,000 to 6,000 miles, so that tread wears evenly
MY CAR IS RUNNING ROUGH. DO I NEED A TUNE-UP?
Most likely — we’d need to see the car to diagnose it properly.
IF YOU DON’T HAVE A PART IN STOCK, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ORDER?

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I CHECK MY VEHICLE’S FLUID LEVELS?
Once a month
WHAT DOES IT MEAN IF THE CHECK ENGINE OR SERVICE ENGINE LIGHTS COME ON?
The computer in your car has recorded a problem and it should be checked out.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY CAR STARTS TO OVERHEAT?
Shut it off. We recommend having it towed to our shop so we can diagnose the issue.
HOW MUCH AIR PRESSURE SHOULD I PUT INTO MY TIRES?
Most cars and trucks should be at 35 PSI.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I IGNORE MY LOW TIRE PRESSURE WARNING LIGHT?
If a tire is low and you drive, it could ruin the tire or cause a crash. Overinflated or underinflated tires can cause problems with precise braking, reduced traction and they will wear much faster.
DO I REALLY NEED WINTER TIRES?
All-season tires are usually sufficient.
WHEN DOES MY VEHICLE NEED A COOLANT FLUSH?
At 100,000 miles for most cars. We can test for the freeze point.
